Once the tenancy is under management our Property Manager, Rachael Billman MARLA(Inv) will be the main contact and face that the tenants see on a regular basis, she is the person that carries out site inspections and manages the ongoing maintenance issues.

We will inform you of anything that needs attention and obtain quotes for any works required for your approval. We have an excellent and trusted team of independent contractors that we have used for many years to call upon for all maintenance, gas and electrical checks and anything else that is required on a daily basis and we manage everything in house and are very much hands on.

We are one of the very few management agents that pay our landlords their rental income on the same day that it is received in our clients account. We turn around rent payments’ on time.
